As soon as you meet Will, you get the impression he is not your average Builder / Home Remodeler.
It’s more than his positive attitude and gentleman like politeness – “Have I called you at a good time?” or the way he quietly listens to your needs and creates numerous possibilities.
If you ask his secret to success, Will says, “ I am just a steward of Gods things and his people. Everything I have, success, clients and friends do not belong to me, they all belong to God. I do my best every day as thanks for the gifts I have been given.”
Indeed Will is a different breed. He was an Aerospace Ground Support and Aircraft Mechanic with the US Air Force, Graduated Magna Cum Laude from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, worked as an Engineer for Bernard Controls/Bettis and he was a Product Support Manager at The Friedkin Companies and a District Rep for Gulf States Toyota. He has flown planes in the United Kingdom and piloted yachts across oceans and currently charters sailboats out of Kemah. He is also an avid motorcycle rider, cyclist and an Ironman, not what you would expect from someone who makes his living remodeling homes.

Connie Cole, President and Founder of Back Office Executives, has over 15 years combined experience in Marketing, Office Management and Executive Assistance for varied industries including computer hardware and software sales, residential homebuilding and remodeling, and oil and gas.
Connie is a highly organized and detail-oriented professional and an expert in juggling multiple projects while achieving on-time completion within budget. Her professional experience includes Administration, Organization, Marketing and Communications, Client Relations, Office Management, Personal Assisting, Event Coordination and Management.
Connie’s computer skills include Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Access, Outlook, and QuickBooks 2011 (PC and Mac).
As a graduate of the University of Houston, Connie holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a specialization in Education. She currently lives in the heart of Downtown Houston with her husband Will and her son Daniel.. When time allows, Connie enjoys spending her personal time shopping, reading, running and biking.
Her professional affiliations include Houston Heights Business Member and Houston Chamber of Commerce.
Steffy Clingan is a native Houstonian interior designer and owner of Interior Trends, a family owned interior design firm in Houston since 1958.
She joined the Divine Home Renovation team in 2010 assisting in the selections of finishes, fixtures and designs for bath and kitchen remodeling projects.
She is the third generation to carry on this tradition of transforming residences to meet the client’s needs and desires. She believes a home should reflect the taste and personality of its inhabitants and be a place you love to return to each day.
Oscar has been a Project Manager with Divine Renovation for over 4 years and has a long list of happy customers. He was born and raised in Bogotá, Colombia where he received an Associates degree in Industrial Mechanics. In 2007 Oscar moved to the United States and has completed a number of continuing education courses in construction from the Greater Houston Builders Association since.
Oscar loves coffee, enjoys volunteering and is a member of the Houston First Baptist Church. His hobbies also include cycling, jogging and riding his motorcycle.
Ed Sabo partnered with the leadership of Divine Renovation as Project Manager in 2011. Ed graduated from Texas A&M with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science which is a blend of Management, Engineering and Architecture.
Ed’s career started after A&M working for Manhattan Construction Company, building the Harris County Criminal Justice Center in Downtown Houston. He went on to hone his business skills and worked for Motorola, Compaq, and HP. During his corporate duration, he received an MBA from Houston Baptist University. Ed returned to the building industry when he became the Operations Manager for Allegro Builders, a Luxury Homebuilder in the Houston area.
Ed is part of the Historic Houston Heights Community where he restored his 1920s’ bungalow. Ed is a Greater Houston Builders Association (GHBA) member and a member of the Houston Custom Builders and Remodeler’s Council. He stays informed with industry specific continuing education and regularly attends GHBA meetings; where he was certified as a Graduate Builder (CGB). Ed also adheres to the NAHB code of conduct and ethics.
Ed is an active volunteer and lifetime member of The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. When Ed is not working, he enjoys running and biking at Memorial Park or training for a half marathon. Ed also enjoys tailgating at the Aggie Football Home Games, fishing in Galveston, show skiing and hanging out with his nieces Hailey & Hunter and nephew Jacob.
Sheila Ortega is not only the Operations manager, but also assists with project management of some of Divine Renovation’s projects. Her experience has included Project Management for both painting and landscaping contractors, as well as office management in the insurance industry and administrative assistance for one of Houston’s prestigious law firms. Sheila is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in General Business with a minor in Communications. She is also not only bi-lingual, speaking English and Spanish fluently, but she also speaks conversational Vietnamese. Sheila is truly a valuable asset in the continuing growth and success of Divine Renovation.
