WILL

The Founder

As soon as you meet Will, you get the impression he is not your average Builder/ Home Remodeler.

It’s more than his positive attitude and gentleman like politeness – “Have I called you at a good time?” or the way he quietly listens to your needs and creates numerous possibilities.

If you ask his secret to success, Will says, “ I am just a steward of Gods things and his people. Everything I have, success, clients and friends do not belong to me, they all belong to God. I do my best every day as thanks for the gifts I have been given.”

Indeed Will is a different breed. He was an Aerospace Ground Support and Aircraft Mechanic with the US Air Force, Graduated from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, worked as an Engineer for Bernard Controls/Bettis and he was a Product Support Manager at The Friedkin Companies and a District Rep for Gulf States Toyota. He has flown planes in the United Kingdom and piloted yachts across oceans and currently charters sailboats out of Kemah. He is also an avid motorcycle rider and cyclist, not what you would expect from someone who makes his living remodeling homes. Click here to read An Interview with the Founder.

CONNIE

The CEO

Connie’s professional journey is built on years of experience in executive management and sales, where she developed a reputation for strong leadership, strategic thinking, and creating meaningful connections with clients and colleagues alike. Her background has given her the ability to navigate fast-paced environments while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and integrity.

A graduate of the University of Houston, Connie earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a specialization in Education. Her academic foundation, paired with her real-world experience, gives her a unique perspective that blends structure, communication, and people-focused leadership.

Connie naturally brings a sense of confidence, balance, and encouragement to those around her. Her ability to guide conversations, understand client needs, and foster positive relationships makes her an important part of the company’s continued growth. She approaches every opportunity with dedication, professionalism, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.

Her knowledge, character, and leadership continue to leave a lasting impact, and we are grateful to have her talent and experience as part of the Divine’s Renovation team.

KIARA

The Operations Manager

Kiara has an extensive background in the construction industry that began at a very young age. Growing up surrounded by family-owned businesses specializing in repairs, roofing, and remodeling, she developed a strong foundation in craftsmanship, hard work, and customer care early on. Watching her father and uncles build successful businesses inspired her passion for transforming homes and helping clients bring their visions to life.

Although she once considered pursuing a career in nursing, Kiara ultimately realized that her true calling was in the construction and renovation industry, where her creativity, leadership, and attention to detail could truly shine. Her ability to combine functionality, design, and quality workmanship allows her to oversee projects with both precision and care.

Known for her keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and exceptional customer service, Kiara is dedicated to ensuring every client feels heard, valued, and confident throughout the renovation process. She takes pride in building lasting relationships with clients while delivering results that exceed expectations.

We are excited and proud to have Kiara serve as Divine’s Renovation Project Manager. Her passion, experience, and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable part of the team and a trusted guide for every project from start to finish.

MAGGIE

The Accounts Manager

Maggie brings a diverse and versatile professional background, with experience across multiple industries that has helped shape her strong leadership skills, adaptability, and exceptional work ethic. Her ability to manage complex responsibilities with efficiency and professionalism makes her an essential part of our daily operations.

As Divine’s Special Projects Manager, Maggie plays a vital role behind the scenes, ensuring that every detail is organized and every process runs smoothly. From coordinating important projects to handling operational tasks that keep the company moving forward, she is the backbone that allows our team to remain focused on delivering outstanding client experiences and top-quality workmanship.

Known for her reliability, problem-solving abilities, and dedication to excellence, Maggie consistently goes above and beyond to support both our team and our clients. Her commitment, organization, and positive attitude make her an invaluable asset to Divine’s Renovation and a key contributor to the success of every project we take on.

STEFFY

The Interior Designer

Steffy Clingan is a native Houstonian interior designer and owner of Interior Trends, a family owned interior design firm in Houston since 1958.

She joined the Divine Home Renovation team in 2010 assisting in the selections of finishes, fixtures and designs for bath and kitchen remodeling projects.

She is the third generation to carry on this tradition of transforming residences to meet the client’s needs and desires. She believes a home should reflect the taste and personality of its inhabitants and be a place you love to return to each day.

ED

The Builder

Ed Sabo partnered with the leadership of Divine Renovation as Project Manager in 2011. Ed graduated from Texas A&M with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science which is a blend of Management, Engineering and Architecture.

Ed’s career started after A&M working for Manhattan Construction Company, building the Harris County Criminal Justice Center in Downtown Houston. He went on to hone his business skills and worked for Motorola, Compaq, and HP. During his corporate duration, he received an MBA from Houston Baptist University. Ed returned to the building industry when he became the Operations Manager for Allegro Builders, a Luxury Homebuilder in the Houston area.

Ed is part of the Historic Houston Heights Community where he restored his 1920s’ bungalow. Ed is a Greater Houston Builders Association (GHBA) member and a member of the Houston Custom Builders and Remodeler’s Council. He stays informed with industry specific continuing education and regularly attends GHBA meetings; where he was certified as a Graduate Builder (CGB). Ed also adheres to the NAHB code of conduct and ethics.

Ed is an active volunteer and lifetime member of The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. When Ed is not working, he enjoys running and biking at Memorial Park or training for a half marathon. Ed also enjoys tailgating at the Aggie Football Home Games, fishing in Galveston, show skiing and hanging out with his nieces Hailey & Hunter and nephew Jacob.

GORDON

The Builder

Gordon Boswell has been assisting Divine Renovation with special projects since 2007.

A graduate of Texas A&M; University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agronomy, Gordon has over 22 years of new construction and remodeling experience.
Gordon’s, career began in Bryan/College Station while attending college.

Upon graduation, he accepted a position in Golf Course Construction and then later moved on to build homes for a residential homebuilder.

In 1996, Gordon moved to Houston, Texas where he played professional golf with various mini-tours and owned and operated two golf ranges and a company that bought and sold investment homes.

Gordon currently lives in Pearland, Texas with his wife Deborah and two children Abbie and Blake. Gordon is extremely active in Pearland’s Little League Baseball and teaches junior golf clinics year round at Country Place Golf Club.
