Modern Lakehouse Remodel

The original design had a small kitchen and laundry room on one side of a great room.  Although the living room was spacious, the kitchen and laundry rooms were confining. The owner commented “it’s a two butt kitchen”. They wanted space for their family on holidays and or to just to feel comfortable day to day.

We removed the laundry room, closed a case opening to widen the kitchen and allow it to be pushed forward two feet. We added a window above the sink. Custom cabinetry and pull outs were created and installed along with genuine Quartzite counter tops (waterfall to the ground}.
