The client’s objective was to reconfigure their home to accommodate their mother, creating separate living spaces. The project aimed to enhance functionality and accessibility while maintaining aesthetic appeal.

We moved walls to create two distinct living areas, relocated the kitchen, and incorporated unique features like Murphy doors and a super closet.

The kitchen was relocated 20 feet, featuring custom maple cabinets, quartz Calcutta Rimini countertops, and COREtec Pro Plus 7 Quincy Oak flooring. Bathrooms also boasted custom maple cabinets with European soft-close hardware and quartz countertops.

The reconfiguration improved accessibility and functionality, fostering separate living spaces for privacy and convenience.
